inZOI [v0.8.2] Hotfix Details Patch Notes (2nd May 2026)
A small but focused hotfix lands for inZOI, addressing a visual glitch in Create a Zoi and a crash tied to mod asset references.
Two days, two hotfixes. Krafton is keeping a tight turnaround on inZOI bug fixes, and v0.8.2 is a lean one, shipping on May 2 with two targeted fixes rather than any new content.
The more visible of the two is a Create a Zoi brightness issue that made Zois appear washed out when graphics were set to Very Low. It's a cosmetic bug, but one that would have thrown off anyone designing characters on lower-end hardware. The second fix is more pressing: a crash triggered by enabling mods that reference specific assets. Given how active inZOI's modding scene already is, that one was worth rushing out. Krafton also reminds players that mods are automatically disabled whenever a patch is applied, so you'll need to manually reactivate them after updating.
Neither fix is dramatic, but the pace of these hotfixes since v0.8.0 suggests Krafton is monitoring Early Access feedback closely, and that's the right approach at this stage. Here's everything that changed.
