Gray Zone Warfare Patch 0.4.3.0 Now Live - Changelog (21st May 2026)
Gray Zone Warfare's latest patch is live, bringing AI behaviour changes, gameplay tweaks, and a raft of community-reported bug fixes.
Patch 0.4.3.0 is live today for Gray Zone Warfare, and is an experimental player visibility system delivered as a HUD widget. It ties directly into nighttime lighting changes that make nights noticeably darker, so if you've been treating night raids as a minor inconvenience, that calculus is about to shift.
AI behaviour improvements are also in, which in a game where enemy responsiveness defines whether an engagement feels tense or broken, is one of those changes that can quietly reshape how the whole experience plays. Rounding it out are gameplay tweaks and fixes for a range of community-reported issues. I'm cautiously interested in how the visibility system holds up in practice; experimental features in extraction shooters can go either way, and MADFINGER will need player feedback to land it properly.
MADFINGER Games also has a 25% Steam sale running on all editions until May 25, if you've been sitting on the fence. Here's everything that changed.
