Diablo 4 HOTFIX 1 - - 3.0.1 Patch Notes (28th April 2026)

A small but targeted hotfix lands for Diablo 4's Lord of Hatred expansion. Here's what Blizzard addressed.

A second hotfix in a single day for Lord of Hatred. After Hotfix 3.0.1a addressed a loot filter bug hiding your best-rolled items earlier today, Blizzard has pushed another round of fixes via HOTFIX 1 for 3.0.1 on the official forums.

Given that the expansion launched to 105-minute queue times and a handful of rough edges, Blizzard clearly has a list to work through. Two hotfixes in one day isn't alarming on its own, a launch this size always shakes loose bugs, but players will want to know exactly what's been corrected before logging back in.

Here's everything that changed.
