Bellwright's latest hotfix landed on 3rd July and focuses on stability and quality-of-life fixes rather than new features. The standout change here is a fix for players losing their character during co-op reconnection, which has clearly been a friction point for multiplayer sessions.

Beyond that, the patch addresses several smaller but persistent annoyances. Health bars no longer appear on neutral NPCs when they shouldn't, NPC work details display correctly on inspect screens, and pet animals now respond properly after waking from sleep. The merchant screen also gained missing tooltips for pet animals, and character names that exceed the UI limit now display without breaking the layout.

There's also a fix for occasional crashes during group travel between maps and a rare crash tied to NPCs opening gates while they close. NPCs will now show their nicknames rather than full names in screens that previously used nicknames only, restoring consistency. It's a solid round of housekeeping that should smooth out some of the rougher edges in both single and multiplayer play. The full list, including every NPC display adjustment, is below.
