The highly anticipated V Rising – Legacy of Castlevania crossover is set to release on PC on May 8th. The trailer for the crossover can be viewed here. Players will be able to access the game through Steam.
While PlayStation fans will have to wait a bit longer, as the concrete release date for PlayStation is still pending, the trailer hints at a 2024 release for Legacy of Castlevania on PlayStation 5.
The PC release will coincide with V Rising’s full launch, as announced by the developers in a recent update. A lot of gameplay footage was showcased, including the opportunity to battle iconic character Simon Belmont from the Castlevania series.
Simon Belmont’s addition to V Rising's open-world environment is expected to bring an exciting new dimension to the game. The most recent DLC, the Sinister Evolution Pack, was released in May 2023.
Although PlayStation users may have to exercise patience, the developers are likely aiming for a smooth PC launch before venturing into the PlayStation market. The release window is still set for 2024, possibly in time for the Halloween season.
