Exciting news for fans of Telltale Games' The Wolf Among Us 2! After facing some setbacks and shifts in development, the project is back on track and currently in production. Thanks to Summer Game Fest and The Game Awards host Geoff Keighley, we have been treated to some new images that give us a glimpse into what we can expect from the game.

The images showcase our familiar protagonist, Bigby Wolf, in various scenarios - from a calm moment on a rooftop to an intense anger management therapy session. We also see him interacting in different environments, such as a kitchen with some half-eaten food. These visuals highlight the attention to detail and storytelling that Telltale Games is known for.

One of the significant changes in the project was the switch to Unreal Engine 5, which has undoubtedly enhanced the game's visual quality and overall experience. The transition to this new engine speaks volumes about the dedication of the development team to deliver a top-notch gaming experience.

While there were reports of layoffs within the development team last year, The Wolf Among Us 2 is still pushing forward and aiming for a 2024 release on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Xbox One, PS4, and PC. With more updates expected in the coming months, fans are eagerly anticipating further details and, hopefully, a confirmed release date.
