"Putting out a sequel is definitely something we would like to consider. So, make sure you buy as many copies as you can find in the stores," Suda stated, urging fans to show their support.
Even if a sequel to Shadows of the Damned doesn't materialize, Suda hinted at the possibility of these beloved characters making appearances in other projects. He mentioned his attachment to characters like Garcia Hotspur and antagonist Fleming, revealing that Fleming almost had a significant role in No More Heroes 3 at one point.
Suda shared, "I do have a soft spot in my heart for the characters in the game, specifically Garcia Hotspur and Fleming. Having these characters come out in something again, whether it's a sequel or something else, is highly possible."
For fans hoping for a Shadows of the Damned sequel, the key is to support the remaster when it releases. While an official release date for the remaster is yet to be confirmed, it is expected to launch sometime this year.
