NVIDIA has recently revealed an exciting partnership with Ubisoft and Lucasfilm Games for the upcoming game, Star Wars Outlaws. This collaboration will bring cutting-edge technology to the game, including NVIDIA's DLSS 3, Reflex, and Ray Tracing effects.

Although specifics on how Ubisoft will utilize Ray Tracing in the game have not been disclosed, fans can expect a visually stunning experience akin to the RTGI solution seen in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.

Set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, Star Wars Outlaws promises players the opportunity to explore various planets across the galaxy, both familiar and new. Players will take on the role of Kay Vess, a daring scoundrel with a thirst for freedom and adventure, accompanied by her loyal companion Nix. Together, they will navigate through the galaxy's crime syndicates, engaging in battles, theft, and strategic maneuvers to emerge as the most wanted individuals in the galaxy.

In addition to the advanced technology being implemented in the game, the inclusion of DLSS 3 is a welcome feature. Fans are eager to see whether the game will also support AMD FSR 3.0, adding further depth to the visual experience.

As for the release date, details remain scarce, but speculations point towards a potential late 2024 launch. Furthermore, it has been suggested that the game may be exclusive to Ubisoft Connect upon release, potentially excluding other platforms like EGS, Steam, and the Windows Store.
