Exciting news for fans of the turn-based strategy genre as Developer Lavapotion and publisher Coffee Stain have officially announced that Songs of Conquest will be leaving early access on May 20. The upcoming 1.0 release will not only mark the full launch of the game but will also see the final Barya campaign released, wrapping up the epic story that players have been eagerly following.

In a recent post on Steam, Lavapotion expressed their gratitude to the dedicated community that has been a part of the game's development journey. The team highlighted the incredible support they have received and how the players have been instrumental in shaping the game into what it is today.

"The development journey leading up to this moment has been nothing short of incredible, and we owe it all to you, our amazing community," Lavapotion stated. "Sharing this news with you guys feels long overdue, but we’ve always had high ambitions for the game, and we didn’t want to release 1.0 until we felt the game was in really good shape! But finally, that time has come!"

Looking towards the future, Lavapotion teased that there is more in store for Songs of Conquest beyond the 1.0 release. The team is already working on plans for additional content, updates, and general improvements to enhance the player experience.

"We are finalizing plans for more content, updates, and general improvements as we post this very news," they shared. "We’ll keep you posted on a weekly basis as we are gearing up for the full release and you should expect more exciting news in the near future."

Songs of Conquest is currently available on Steam, and fans can also look forward to playing it on the Steam Deck.
