Exciting news for all the pirates out there! Sea of Thieves has taken the crown as the top pre-ordered game on numerous PlayStation 5 digital storefronts.
According to data reporter Benji-Sales, the Premium Edition of Sea of Thieves is reigning supreme at number one on the PS5 console store's Pre-Orders page in the US, with the Standard Edition not far behind sitting at fifth place.

With Sea of Thieves at the top, it's currently surpassing the pre-orders of popular titles like MLB The Show 24, Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection, Dragon's Dogma 2 Deluxe Edition, Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, and Rise of the Ronin.
And the good news doesn't stop there, as the trend is similar in the UK, if not better! The UK's PS5 store shows Sea of Thieves Premium Edition at number one, Standard Edition at number four, and Deluxe Edition at number ten in the pre-order Top 10.
Following the recent announcement by Xbox to release some exclusive titles on other platforms, Pentiment was the first game to make its way to PS5, Switch, and PS4.
Up next is Hi-Fi Rush, scheduled for release on PS5 on March 19th.
Then there's Obsidian's survival adventure game, Grounded, coming to PS5, PS4, and Switch on April 16th, with cross-play capabilities across all platforms.
Finally, mark your calendars for April 30th as Sea of Thieves will be setting sail on PS5 with cross-play support, allowing players on different platforms to explore the high seas together!
