Epic Games has announced the introduction of the 'See Confrontational Emotes' setting in the upcoming v29.30 update, allowing players to toggle visibility on four specific emotes that can be a bit too "in-your-face" during gameplay.

The four emotes affected by this setting are Laugh It Up, Take the L, Whipcrack, and Make It Plantain. Players who enable this setting will see a player using one of these emotes standing still without the emote sound, creating a less confrontational experience in the game.

To access this new setting, you can find it under 'Social Privacy' in your Fortnite settings. By default, the setting will only show these emotes from friends in your party, but you have the flexibility to change it at any time to view these emotes from any player or not at all. This customization allows you to curate your gaming experience to your liking.

In exciting news for music fans, singer-songwriter Billie Eilish is set to make an appearance in Fortnite as part of the Fortnite Festival on April 23. This announcement coincides with a leaked 2024 content roadmap image that included Eilish's presence in the game, hinting at exciting collaborations and events to come.
