During a recent interview with Game Informer, Moon Studios CEO Thomas Mahler hinted at the possibility of a third installment in the Ori series. The studio behind the critically acclaimed Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps already has a title and ideas in mind for the potential game.

In the interview, Mahler mentioned, “I have a title for it already,” and discussed having some ideas for the game. While no specific details were revealed, it's clear that Moon Studios has plans for the future of the franchise.

Co-founder Gennadiy Korol also shared his thoughts on the series, stating that the team is satisfied with where Will of the Wisps left off. He emphasized the importance of having more to say and a compelling story to tell before pursuing a third Ori game.

While there has been no official confirmation of a third Ori game from Moon Studios, fans can remain hopeful that a follow-up to the beloved series may still be in the works. The Spirit Tree storyline from the previous games leaves room for further exploration and expansion.

As Moon Studios focuses on their upcoming action RPG No Rest for the Wicked, Ori enthusiasts can anticipate the potential of a new installment in the iconic series. While details remain scarce, the dedication to maintaining the high standards set by the previous Ori titles is evident.
