PlayStation recently announced that the highly anticipated Genshin Impact version 4.6 update, titled "Two Worlds Aflame, the Crimson Night Fades", is set to release on April 24th. This update promises to bring a wealth of new content and features that will keep players engaged and entertained.
One of the major highlights of this update is the introduction of a brand-new area to explore - the Sea of Bygone Eras and Remuria, a lost deep-water kingdom. Players will have the opportunity to delve into this mysterious underwater realm and uncover its secrets. Additionally, the update will also introduce a new central character, Arlecchino, who will serve as both a recruitable team member and a formidable Weekly Boss. Arlecchino's unique mechanic, Bond of Life, adds an interesting twist to gameplay by preventing healing until certain conditions are met.
Players can look forward to embarking on a music tour organized by Arataki Itto and Dvorak, where they can earn a new Nightwind Horn instrument by playing different instruments, collecting items, and restoring melodies. The addition of this musical element adds a new layer of depth to the game and provides players with a fresh and immersive experience.
While some fans may have mixed feelings about the underwater theme of Remuria, it's evident that the developers have put a lot of effort into crafting a rich and engaging lore for this update. The dual role of Arlecchino as both a companion and an adversary adds a unique dynamic to the game and showcases the creativity of the development team.
