Gearbox Publishing has officially undergone a rebranding and now goes by the name Arc Games. The announcement was made via social media on Monday. Despite the name change, Arc Games assures fans that it will be business as usual for the San Francisco-based publisher.
In a post on social media, Arc Games stated, "We're the same team of passionate gamers that brought you many beloved franchises. We can't wait to bring you even more exciting titles like Gigantic: Rampage Edition, Hyper Light Breaker, and more soon-to-be-announced games for 2025 and beyond."
Following the acquisition of Gearbox Entertainment by Take-Two Interactive[source], Embracer Group retained Gearbox Publishing. This means that games such as Remnant, Remnant 2, Neverwinter, Have a Nice Death, and Star Trek Online are still under the umbrella of Arc Games.
With the new name in place, Arc Games is gearing up to bring gamers more thrilling experiences in the coming years. Stay tuned for updates on their latest projects and releases.
