Fortnite Festival has just announced its latest Season Pass for Season 2, titled "Unlock Your Talent," with pop superstar Lady Gaga headlining the event. This collaboration, hinted at by Lady Gaga herself and now officially confirmed, marks a significant addition to the Fortnite Festival lineup.
Starting February 22nd and running until April 22nd, Season 2 will launch with the v28.30 patch, unveiling a plethora of new rewards accessible through both the free and premium tracks. Among the highlights is the introduction of the Enigmatic Gaga Outfit, available to those who opt for the Premium Reward Track, which also includes the exclusive Glitch Groove Aura.
Moreover, fans of Lady Gaga will have the opportunity to unlock themed instruments, although the free reward track isn't left behind, featuring items like the Woodworker Drums.
As Fortnite Festival continues to grow, it aims to incorporate hundreds of songs annually, along with supporting legacy instruments. This ambition is further supported by the introduction of the official Riffmaster controller by PDP, expected to launch in Spring 2024. This innovative controller will feature a new thumbstick placement and a 3.5mm audio jack, enhancing the gaming experience.
The expansion of Fortnite extends beyond music, with Disney investing $1.5 billion to create an expansive universe within the game. This partnership is anticipated to bring more Disney-themed content and songs to Fortnite Festival, enriching the game's universe.
Season 2's premium track will also introduce four new Jam Tracks, featuring hits like "Ride Wit Me" by Nelly ft. City Spud, "Black Hole Sun" by Soundgarden, "Breaking Me" by Topic w/ A7S, and Lady Gaga's iconic "Poker Face." Additionally, the Chromatica Armor Outfit by Lady Gaga will be available in the shop throughout Season 2, offering fans more ways to engage with their favorite artist.
