Exciting news for fans of Dead by Daylight! In their recent eighth anniversary broadcast, Behaviour Interactive revealed some thrilling new updates for the popular asymmetrical horror game.

The first of these updates is a unique collaboration with Dungeons and Dragons, set to go live on June 3rd. Players can look forward to facing off against The Lich, a new Killer inspired by the villainous Vecna. Alongside this formidable foe, new Survivors like Aestri Yazar, a Bard, will be introduced. The new map, Forgotten Ruins, brings with it classic Dungeons and Dragons elements such as dice rolls and loot mechanics, adding an exciting twist to the gameplay.

If you can't wait to experience these new additions, a public test build for the Chapter is already available for players to try out.

But that's not all! The second upcoming Chapter will see a collaboration with Konami's Castlevania series. Although details are still scarce, the teaser hints at Dracula being the next formidable Killer entering the game. Mark your calendars for August 6th, when more information will be revealed.

For those looking for new challenges, Behaviour Interactive is also shaking things up with a brand-new 2v8 mode. Imagine eight Survivors pitted against two deadly Killers, all on a sprawling map filled with twists and turns. Instead of the traditional Hooks, Cages will be used, and classes will replace Perks, offering a fresh and intense gameplay experience. Keep an eye out for the livestream in July, where more details about this exciting mode will be shared.

And if that's not enough to get you hyped, don't miss the first gameplay trailer for Supermassive's upcoming title, The Casting of Frank Stone. Set in the Dead by Daylight universe, this single-player game promises a thrilling adventure that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
