In an exciting development for skateboarding game enthusiasts, leaked images and details have emerged about the highly anticipated mobile version of EA Skate. This leak not only confirms the game's existence but also provides a first look at its control systems and features, stirring excitement within the gaming community.

Electronic Arts had previously hinted at the development of a mobile version of their popular skateboarding title, EA Skate. The confirmation came through when playtesters were invited to try out the game on iOS, indicating that the project is well underway. The leak, originating from a series of images posted on Imgur by a user named sm1one_out_there, showcases the game's default control system, a verification of the test application, and a glimpse into the game's early development stages.

The playtest, set to run until March 4, has already revealed some intriguing aspects of EA Skate Mobile. Notably, playtesters confirmed the existence of cross-progression features, allowing players to seamlessly continue their game across different platforms. This means that progress made on mobile can be transferred to other platforms, enhancing the game's versatility and appeal. Furthermore, it was highlighted that players on mobile would be able to interact with those on other platforms, emphasizing the game's inclusive and interconnected gameplay experience.

However, the transition to mobile has not been without its challenges. Feedback from playtesters indicates that the control system feels "weird on mobile," with performance issues such as an average frame rate of 20 – 30 FPS and occasional frame drops reported on an iPhone XS Max. Additionally, concerns were raised about devices overheating, with one user noting that their brand-new iPhone 15 became excessively hot after just two minutes of gameplay.

Despite these initial hiccups, the leak has generated considerable buzz and anticipation for EA Skate's mobile iteration. As fans eagerly await further details and official announcements, this sneak peek into the game's development offers a promising glimpse of what's to come in the world of mobile skateboarding games.
