There are two routes you can take to reach the required area. If you've progressed far enough in the story, you can take the eastern route out of Bakbattahl. This path will lead you directly to your destination. Alternatively, if you haven't reached that point in the story yet, you'll need to head southeast from Bakbattahl and take the longer route to the Volcanic Island Camp in the southwest.
Once you've arrived at the town, your next step is to find Lamond. He can usually be found near a steam bath. Complete his request to officially unlock the Warfarer Vocation for your character.
