Are you preparing to attend a luxurious party at Vernworth Castle in Dragon's Dogma 2 but unsure of how to acquire the right attire that fits the noble's dress code? Look no further! There are several ways to obtain the necessary fancy clothes for the Masquerade in Dragon's Dogma 2, ensuring you make a grand entrance at the event.

When it's time to make your appearance at the Sovran's elite soiree, there are a few additional tasks you may want to consider. Practicing the art of sneaking into Sven's Chamber may prove beneficial in the future, so take advantage of any opportunities to hone your skills. Additionally, assisting the young girl in the Slums to obtain a bunch of flowers could potentially lead to significant savings, helping you secure your own residence in Dragon's Dogma 2.

Courtly Breeches and Tunic Location

For an outfit fancy enough to grant you access to the Masquerade in Dragon's Dogma 2, you will need the Courtly Breeches and Courtly Tunic, paired with the Eventide Mask. Here's how you can obtain the complete ensemble:

There are three ways to acquire the Courtly Breeches and Tunic: purchase them from the armor store in the Merchant's Quarter in Vernworth, discover them in various chests around the capital, or receive them as a reward for specific main scenario-related side quests. Buying them from the shop is the quickest method if you have the necessary funds. Alternatively, you can search the Noble's Quarter's houses for chests containing pieces of the Courtly outfit. Completing the Ornate Box quest will also reward you with the Courtly items from Sven, albeit after several in-game days and some expenditure.

Interestingly, you can even obtain a set of Courtly clothes from Sven's room before or after completing The Ornate Box quest, as he possesses multiple matching pairs.

Obtaining the Eventide Mask

In addition to the Courtly clothes, you'll need to acquire an Eventide Mask to complete your Masquerade attire. The most straightforward way to obtain this mask is to progress through the main quests in Vernworth.

Once you've advanced enough in the main quests and Captain Brant offers you the Masquerade quest as the final one available, he will provide you with the Eventide Mask. Equipping all three items – Courtly Breeches, Courtly Tunic, and the Eventide Mask – will allow you to enter the Masquerade without encountering any resistance from the guards, ensuring you can enjoy the festivities without any hindrances.

Make sure to talk to the gatekeeper before entering the Masquerade to confirm your eligibility and avoid any unpleasant confrontations at the entrance. Now, with your exquisite attire in place, you're all set to dazzle at the grand event in Dragon's Dogma 2!
