Exciting news for Sonic fans! Reports from The Hollywood Reporter have confirmed that fan-favorite actor Keanu Reeves will be lending his voice to the character Shadow the Hedgehog in the upcoming film Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
Reeves, known for his roles in John Wick and Cyberpunk 2077, is set to bring his talent and charisma to the role of Shadow, a fan-favorite character in the Sonic franchise.
This news comes after Paramount's recent reveal of exclusive footage from Sonic 3 at CinemaCon, where it was teased that Jim Carrey's Dr. Robotnik would be making a comeback, with the help of the mysterious Shadow the Hedgehog.
Directed by Jeff Fowler, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 has recently completed filming and is slated for release on December 20, 2024. Fans can expect an action-packed and entertaining adventure as Sonic, Tails, and now Shadow team up to save the day.
