Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 Update 1.17 Patch Notes on July 15th

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 Update 1.17 has been released across multiple platforms, addressing issues including collision problems on the Italian Village map, saving personal best times on custom tracks, and fixing handling and UI bugs for certain Monster Trucks. Read the full patch notes below.

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 Update 1.17 Patch Notes:

PS4 (01.16), PS5 (01.15), Xbox One ( 1.0.0.17.) Xbox Series S/X (1.0.0.17), WinGDK (1.0.18.0), Switch EU/US 1.0.9, Switch Asia 1.0.11, EPIC, STEAM

  • Fixed a collision on the Italian Village map that caused problems with lower vehicles. 
  • Fixed a bug when the personal best time was not saved on custom tracks.
  • Fixed the handling of some Monster Trucks when equipped with specific perks.
  • Fixed the UI of some Monster Trucks non showing their immunity to some effects. 
  • Fixed some vehicles top speed when they are upgraded to the Ultimate category.
  • Fixed a bug when the name of the creator of a custom track was not displayed correctly.
  • Fixed the position of the VFX of the boost for some vehicles. 
  • Fixed the unlocking of the “Hot Wheels Iconic 39 Profile Icon” when completing the “Red Power” Unleashed Mission: it should be now correctly claimable. 
  • (Switch) Fixed the glass customization of the Mercedes-AMG GT3.
