Circana has released its game sales data for March 2024, and the results are in. Capcom's Dragon's Dogma 2 has taken the gaming world by storm, claiming the top spot as the best-selling game in the United States for the month. Fans of Helldivers 2, which dominated February's sales, will be pleased to know that it held strong at number two.

March saw the release of six new games that made their way onto the top-selling list. Alongside Dragon's Dogma 2, MLB: The Show 24, Rise of the Ronin, Princess Peach: Showtime, Unicorn Overlord, and WWE 2K24 made their mark on the gaming community.

Notable titles such as Hogwarts Legacy, Madden NFL 24, Minecraft, Rainbow Six: Siege, and Mario Kart 8 continue to maintain their popularity among gamers. Horizon 2: Forbidden West made a significant leap from 107 to 14 in March, following the release of its Complete Edition on PC.

For those interested in year-to-date sales, Helldivers 2 remains at the top of the list from December 30, 2023, to April 6, 2024. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2023) and Dragon's Dogma 2 hold strong in the second and third positions, respectively, with Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth and MLB: The Show 24 rounding out the top five.
