Update 1.1.2a for Starship Troopers: Extermination is now live for PC players, featuring performance optimizations and bug fixes. Console players can rest assured that cross-play functionality will remain unaffected. Read the full patch notes below for the details.
Starship Troopers: Extermination Update 1.1.2a Patch Notes:
Update 1.1.2a will be available for troopers to download now! This PC-only patch is a collection of performance optimization improvements and bug fixes. This will not impact console players, so cross-play functionality should work as intended.

Due to some changes on the backend, this update will reset all settings to default for PC players. Please note any graphics, audio, or accessibility settings you may have set, as they will need to be re-applied once the game has been updated.
Performance Changes
Client Performance Improvements (All Platforms)
- Removed Bug Extermination mission objectives from AAS mission as they were not reliable and could lead to missions being blocked to completion.
Client Performance Improvements (PC Only)
- Optimized general Spawn effects for PC.
- Optimized Bug UnBurrow effects for PC.
- Optimized Shell casings on PC.
- Optimized Sparks on PC.
- Reset PC settings to default (this did not include Key Bindings).
